Audiobooks: The number of parts to download doesn't match the number of parts in the audiobook's description

This is an infrequent problem, but occasionally the number of parts indicated for a title is incorrect. For example, the description might say 12 parts, but the download window says 11 parts. If you are unsure about having all the parts, contact your librarian with the title and format (WMA or MP3). The librarian will ask Tech Support to confirm the number of parts.
